How to mark an alien parasite in Fortnite

Week 11 of Fortnite season is here, and with it comes a completely new set of challenges so that players win XP. This week, there seems to be an approach when it comes to those annoying alien parasites around the map, and one of them requires marques an alien parasite.

Alien parasites are relatively easy to find on the map, either dembulating freely or inside their eggs. As a new mechanics introduced in season 7, the alien parasites will float and try to adhere to the head of the player, reducing them at a HP limit of 60 and at the same time they will greatly improve their movement capabilities. In case the players do not want these changes, the parasites can be triggered while they are in the air or can be removed from the player with water, fire or entering an accessory.

Now the challenge itself, which is not so difficult. The players should not be confused among the parasitic eggs and the parasites themselves, as to mark the parasitic eggs was a challenge presented in a week before this season. Real parasites must be marked, which is different between platforms.

To mark an extraterrestrial in the Fortnite PC version, use the mouse and point to a parasite, then click on the Mouse Scroll button to mark it. For those who play on the console, point the camera to the parasite and click on the left D-Pad button. Mobile players must point to the parasite and press the map marker at HUD. Only a marked parasite is required to complete the challenge.

The challenges of week 11 are now available for players to face them, with this mission that produces 30,000 XP.
