Life is Strange makers have a good and bad news for fan

Life is Strange fans can look forward to a whole range of new publications: next to the new part Life is Strange: True Colors also appears the Remastered Collection with the first two older games in new and beautiful. But the publication plans now changes a lot of how the makers have announced on Twitter. That means in plain text: True Colors appears as planned, except for the switch version and the Ultimate Edition. However, the Remaster Collection comes later.

The Life IS Strange: Remastered Collection shifts to the beginning of 2022

The bad message first: The Remastered Collection of the first two Life IS Strange games does not appear as planned this year. Instead, the makers had to move the launch of the games collection of heavy hearts on early 2022.

Among other things, it is probably due to the special challenges of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. To have more time between the two releases and reduce the pressure on the team, the Remastered Collection will come later. There is not a precise date out of early in 2022 yet.

Life is Strange: True Colors gets a DLC that can not be waiting for a long time

The good news: Life is Strange True Colors appears more or less as planned and gets a DLC extension shortly afterwards. While True Colors comes as planned on 10 September (with a few exceptions), the DLC called Life is Strange: Wavelengths already on September 30, not even three weeks later.

There is a hook: The Ultimate Edition of True Colors still gives access to the Remastered Collection, but that will now appear only next year.

In addition, the Nintendo Switch Version shifts from Life Is Strange: True Colors, at least a bit. The 10th of September will be open here, but True Colors should also appear 2021 for the switch.
