The PS5 dualSense controller is now available in other colors and now also does something at the Pulse 3D Wireless Headset. This will soon be available in white, but also in black - but fans want more.

When PS5 came on the market in November 2020, the color selection for the entire hardware was very limited. Everything consisted of the color scheme white-blue, but the desire for black accessories was big. Sony already came to this wish at the dualSense controller. Midnight Black, as the name implies, a completely black color variant and offers a complete contrast to the first version of the headset. Available from October, A detailed release date is not yet known .

New PS5 software improves 3D audio

To fully exploit the technical possibilities of the 3D Wireless Headset Pulse, the PlayStation 5 received a new software update. A new Equalizer feature provides additional settings for an improved acoustic gaming experience . If you do not know yourself well with sound technology, there are also three helpful presets that make it easier for the entry: Standard, Bass Boost and Shooter.

The default option takes the necessary changes to support 3D audio, but the presets bass boost and shooter mode ensure a different sound and facilitating players, steps and shots better to hear and locate it.

Fans are not satisfied yet

Fans are pleased that the accessories to the Next-Gen console already do something, but what about the console itself? From the comments under the official trailer can be read out that many are still waiting for the opportunity to enjoy their PlayStation 5 finally with official faceplates.
